I do not know that you could have done anything to make my experience better since I was completely satisfied. I called you to have an on site assessment and quote. You arrived at the agreed upon time. Your quote was more than reasonable so I agreed to your proposal. Your crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day and performed their tasks professionally and with great efficiency. I was concerned about some budding plants being damaged in the process but your crew took care to work around them. Many thanks to you and your staff for a completely positive experience. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to my friends and to rehire you in the future. It is not very often that I have a completely positive experience but this was one of them. Mike Evers came to our house and was very informative about the whole process as we needed permits from Oak Bay for Bartlett to carry out the work. Jess C. and Dave were great, explaining why certain areas of the trees needed more taken off and taking time to make sure the trees looked good aesthetically. Clean up was very thorough. Would recommend Bartlett to anyone who needs tree trimmed or removal.
