What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better?Absolutely nothing. The crew that removed the tree and then pruned out thirty foot high hedge were amazing. They were courteous, explained everything they were going to do, and then executed it flawlessly. The clean up and chipping of branches was excellent. The stump grinding crew of one was equally as amazing as the pruning crew. Explained exactly what he was going to do and executed it flawlessly and in doing so to ensure that he protected a nearby RV with plywood to avoid flying chips from hitting it. All in all this had to be my best experience with outdoor contractors in the last twenty years. Nathan, our arborist, was excellent, answered all of our questions and arranged the timing for what was going to happen and when. He was very knowledgeable, taking time to explain all possibilities. We were extremely impressed with the service, communication, courteousness, and execution of all of the work provided by Bartlett. It reminded us of what it was like dealing with contractors forty five years ago. An excellent job with the promised outcomes and no surprises. Well done to all and you will be our first call for any other similar work. We could not be more happy with the outcome.
