So, when we noticed some other concerns, I called Bartlett again and met Nick for the first time because Art has transitioned. Art Morris came out on a rainy day to review my landscape and give his recommendations. He took the time necessary to evaluate my property and then answer my endless questions with patience and courtesy. Hiring a tree service was a new experience for me, and Art made the effort to make my small job important. When the crew arrived, they were polite and made me feel totally at ease. It was very obvious from the start that they knew exactly what to do based on the evaluation and wasted no time getting started. They even offered to rehang my bird feeders and bird house! As a widow, I am sometimes leary of being taken avantage of. However, working with Bartlett Tree Experts was a wonderful experience. I had serveral neighbors comment on how beautiful my house is! Of course the only difference is that you can see it now.
