When Justin came to look at my tree, he understood immediately how difficult the job would be and understood that use of a bucket truck was crucial in removing the branches overhanging my roof. Those two factors helped me determine that Bartlett Tree Experts would be the best company to remove my large tree. I made the right decision. He also came by to ensure that all was well on tree-cutting day. Joyser was the tree cutter for my job. Every decision he made was correct. After being unable to throw a rope over a limb to complete rigging, my nearby trees do not have big, fat branches he climbed 60-70 feet up a Pine tree to tie the rope to the tree. That rigging was perfect and kept heavy pieces of wood from hitting my roof or swinging back to hit my gutters. Every cut he made was done with safety in mind, first, his crew and my house second, as it should be. I highly recommend Joyser for all difficult jobs, and his father Efrain, along with Shelley, did a wonderful job of keeping up with removing cut pieces and leaving my yard in good shape.

Dylan came out to inspect our trees. We discussed the work I thought was necessary on the trees out front. Dylan found some concerning signs of damage to the trunk of our Hemlock and took a sample to send off. I was grateful for his attention. Dylan made some suggestions as to how to safely shape a couple of our Magnolias to make them healthier as well as keeping them away from electrical wires. The damage sustained by the Hemlock during a recent storm was cleared up cleanly and attractively. The work crew members were Taylor, Jacob, Edson, and Ryan came to help out. All of them were well mannered, happy, I think, because it was not raining, careful with our trees, and very good at clearing away the resulting branches. I really appreciated the way they handled moving my son's car. All in all, my experience with Bartlett Tree Experts was excellent. I will be in touch for other work as well. Thanks, guys.

Art Morris came out on a rainy day to review my landscape and give his recommendations. He took the time necessary to evaluate my property and then answer my endless questions with patience and courtesy. Hiring a tree service was a new experience for me, and Art made the effort to make my small job important. When the crew arrived, they were polite and made me feel totally at ease. It was very obvious from the start that they knew exactly what to do based on the evaluation and wasted no time getting started. They even offered to rehang my bird feeders and bird house!
