Brian Ziegler was friendly and knowledgeable, he explained all the things that needed to be done and why. John, who assessed our tree, taught us a lot about tree health. Alex, who came out and did the azalea treatment and fertilization, was incredibly thorough. Antonio, was terrific as well, as it is important to have well spoken staff answering phones and inquiries. It was an all around great experience.
