From the first contact with Christopher Timperon, who took the time to explain the various trees I had on my property. He listened to everything I had to say and my concerns. He was extremely professional and I never felt pressured. This was the first company I called and on the spot I told him to proceed because I felt confident in his knowledge. He secured a great team to come out. They were awesome. The Lead would keep me informed and asked me questions and more importantly they did not mind me around on the property while they were working, of course at a safe distance. The Lead would ask me to assess and get my acceptance on each of the trees. They left and made sure that the entire area was cleaned and no debris was left behind. Highly recommended. Great job.

I am writing to thank you, and your crew, for yet another positive, exceptionally professional experience with Bartlett Tree Experts.

David, Mark, and Mike arrived this morning in rotten weather, climbed the trees in snow squalls, nasty winds and frigid temperatures, and did a great job dealing with our ice storm damage. I told them that I am always relieved when they are safely back on the ground, but it is amazing to see how skilled they are up in the trees.

They were consistently pleasant and professional, in spite of the hideous weather. As always, they left the yard pristine. They were also careful to park their vehicles to reduce their impact on the morning traffic and on the children walking to school.

My husband, Jonathan, said that it was great to see you when you came to quote on the job. He remembered, and appreciated once again, your expertise and professionalism!
