We found everyone very proficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Kyle and Jimmy worked carefully and safely while pruning our tree. Branches were brought down into the place intended and sometimes it was a very small area within which to work. All the work that Matthew had outlined that needed doing was done and if there were any questions about exactly which branches should come down, especially high in the tree, Kyle and Jimmy consulted with each other, each from his respective view. We were totally satisfied with the entire experience from our first phone call until the last twig was taken away! We would call Bartlett Tree Experts for any further work we might need to have done.
