Brian Blades was our Arborist Representative and we were very pleased with his knowledge of our trees and plants and what their specific treatments would be to help keep them healthy. He was courteous and took time to answer any questions that we had for him. He set up our appointment and again promptly answered a question that we had per email. We were also very pleased with the young man who did our treatments to our plants and trees. I cannot remember his name, but he was courteous and did the job neatly and efficiently for us one afternoon. I would give both these staff members an A+ for how they represented Bartlett and for customer service. We were very pleased with our service and your team members. Excellent service representatives, and superior care of our trees and plants from them.

Brian Blades could not be a better representative for Bartlett. My neighbors were convinced a tree between our two homes was dying, I felt otherwise. Fortunately I was able to persuade them we needed an aborist's opinion. Thankfully, Brian assessed the tree and pronounced it quite alive. He presented himself so professionally that my neighbor agreed with no question. I was so impressed with Brian that I had him then bring a crew to do other needed work in my yard. I am a most satisfied customer. I have lived in Kingwood since 1975, so I will definitely be praising Bartlett to everyone I know. Hopefully, I will bring you more customers.
