Bartlett has been to both of our properties and has done excellent work. I asked the crew to take down a few additional very small trees and they said no problem. We saved some cut tree trunks and they cut them to fireplace size. They returned the another day to grind out the stumps.

Bartlett has done work for us several times and in every instance we have been impressed with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. Mike is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional. He explains his recommendations clearly and just loves talking about trees. We have used them for elective pruning of a few large Maples close to the house. Then we had to call them on a rather urgent basis when an early, wet snowstorm overloaded a Bradford Pear and split it down the middle, with the split trunk landing against our roof. They were very responsive and took care of the situation quickly. Most recently we have had them remove three large dead Pine trees. Access was tricky but they pulled the job off expertly with minimal impact on the surrounding landscape. We have found the work crews to be very competent and well trained. Their clean up after the job was meticulous. We feel very comfortable in recommending them highly.

Mike Gorham is a wealth of information and graciously took the time to educate me about the Myriad trees and shrubs on my property. His recommendations have saved several of my aging trees and insect-infested shrubs. All the trees and shrubs on my property now not only look significantly better, but they are thriving. Every crew member has been courteous, knowledgeable, and completed the work professionally and in a timely manner. They even cut and stacked wood from trees that they trimmed.
