Mark displayed great flexibility when we had to adjust our plans due to the pandemic. The crew members who did the pruning provided good answers to questions I had about what they were doing and useful advice about future care of our trees. The results of their work was terrific. A large Norway Maple that was mangled due to storm damage is now cleaned up and opened up to air and light. I am eager to see it in full leaf soon.
