I completely appreciate his suggestions. Today the trees were sprayed. I have a bird bath with flowers around, no worries I removed the birdbath. Anyways his hose hit the flowers and bent a few. He came to my door to let me know. It is no big deal they are not really affected but to have the courtesy to acknowledge and inform the customer is top notch service. Forever your customer.
