Right from the very first contact I made with Bartlett . I was impressed with the attitudes shown to me. Thor came to check out the job I was wanting done, then when his crew arrived to do the work, they again went over what I had requested. They were all very friendly and talked to me about what was going to be done. All my questions were answered, time was taken to explain a few things to me, no rush about it either. As the job progressed, a few of the original ideas of the job were discussed, changed, and with the new changes I was left exactly with what I had envisioned my yard would look like. I recently had the crew of Josh, Scott, Dan, and Jason remove an almost fifty foot Ponderosa which was growing way too close for comfort near my house.
