Ian Groy and his men were totally professional, quick response to our initial call due to downed tree limb over our neighbor's shed and fence. They returned within the week to remove that limb. The major work, total removal of the Maple tree damaged by high winds required high skill and care, so as not to damage our neighbor's property further. In addition, our property provides very limited egress so the the men had to take the tree down in small pieces at a time and remove them to the street and chipper machine manually. The young men were friendly, courteous, and clearly highly skilled. They left our yard without a shred of evidence that they had been working there, other than the tree stump, which is now just inches high. We have already contracted with Ian to prune our Pin Oak when the season requirements permit it, and have recommended him and his crew to friends. Very pleased with the service.
