Have been well pleased with the outcome of recommended services for pest control. He pointed out that our beloved Weepy Crabapple trees would benefit from some thinning of the branch structure. We went ahead with that and were really happy with the aesthetic outcome of that, the thinning was done but the trees were none the worse for wear-from a distance looked just as they had before. This is a compliment. All crews, all crew members who have been here for various projects have been exemplary in courtesy, conduct, and expertise.

Ian Groy and the follow up staff who have done the spraying for various trees have all been professional, friendly, and reliable. Through variable weather conditions over the last three years, we have had a young Serviceberry tree that had struggled with slow growth, rust, and a thin canopy of leaves that had wilted by early autumn. With Ian's oversight and the Bartlett spraying as recommended, this season the tree has greatly improved, with added height, excellent branch growth, and a much improved canopy of healthy leaves.
