What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? When they arrive at the job site I would suggest that the foreman of the crew introduce himself to the homeowner, that would be a nice touch. In my case I went out to the crew but could not really tell who was in charge. I did however figure that out pretty quick and he was awesome. The crew was awesome, they did not only an awesome job but went above and beyond, I was totally satisfied. And man they look great.

Ben and his crew did a fantastic job without damaging any nearby plantings. They even dug up plantings that were in the way and replanted them when the job was complete. They also cut the wood into fire place length and piled it neatly. We will definitely use Bartlett again.

Dan Urciouli handled the job with superb professionalism. He listened to my request and provided expert guidance on how the work should be done. He got the crew set up and explained where the equipment should not be placed due to the location of septic system and leeching fields, as well as showing them which trees were to be felled or trimmed. The two guys on the crew were amazing to watch. Their skill in insuring that the trees/branches landed in a safe location without damaging anything was much appreciated. They even moved an old cement gargoyle that I had forgotten about out of harm's way. They were tireless workers who never seemed to take a break. All in all, an excellent job!
