I thought Ryan O'Leary and the rest of his team were courteous and listened to our requests, including the fact that Ryan scheduled the tree trimming with the cherry picker in the dead of winter when the ground is frozen solid so as to avoid leaving ruts in the lawn.

Nick the arborist was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He scheduled a day and time to do the tree work that was convenient for me. He returned all my phone calls and was quick to text me back when I had a question. The crew arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up my yard and the driveway. No damage to the lawn at all which I was concerned about. I was very impressed. The worker came to my door to make sure I was happy with the work before he left. I was very pleased with the work they did. They were very professional and I will feel confident hiring them for future work I may need. I will definitely have Bartlett Tree Experts back to do future work.

Any time I have called the office, they have been prompt and professional in handling my call. Mark has been helpful in giving advice on how we can protect and nourish our trees and shrubs. When we receive quotes for work, the projects always start on time and Mark is present at the beginning to confirm instructions with the workers. General Comments: So far, the spray for the evergreens has helped them all look healthy in the summer and fall.

Mark was responsive to my request for the tick contract. The service techs introduced themselves before treating the property each time and left a note on the door when complete, along with posting the yard sign. The price was a bit higher than other companies but I felt like it was a good value knowing that Bartlett tree was doing everything the right way. Overall I am pleased with the tick service for 2018.

They were very professional, kept at the job while the weather was good, and left the property in very clean condition. Aside from their obvious skills and training, they are always responsive, friendly, and helpful. They are careful not to damage bird feeders, etc. They listen and respond to any special wishes or needs I have. For example, they recently did a nice job pruning a Zelcova in our front yard to bring out its natural shape, as I asked them to. It's gorgeous!
