John Pagano was terrific and helpful with the terrible storm damage on my property that included killing a forty year old White Pine and two Hemlock Trees. He understood my concerns regarding a huge Maple in my backyard that Bartlett had cabled many years ago. He made sure to reset the cable after the tree lost a substantial side branch. As I told my neighbor no arborist but Bartlett is permitted to care for my trees.
