I only met with John once.. but he took a lot of time to walk my entire property with me and teach and guide. Since then we have done basic treatments to maintain what we have. John is never pushy, always prompt, and really helpful. Given that I live in a zip code and house where providers often try to make extra money or a higher rate... I genuinely appreciate that John operates with integrity and professionalism. As such, Bartlett is the ONLY provider where I follow recommendations pretty much to the letter. I don't have a ton of cash to spend, but I feel my dollars are well spent with Bartlett and John.
