The crew that did the tree trimming were excellent from start to finish. They introduced themselves to me, were very conscious of safety, and ensure my items on the patio and yard were out of harms way. They were very professional, did not waste time and did an excellent clean up, even removing some branches that had fallen in the wind. Good experience from start to finish. Representative came to my home, examined the tree in question, told me what needed to be done, and how the company would address the problem. A technician arrived on the appointed day and injected the tree with the appropriate solution to treat the borer problem. Would certainly call Bartlett if I need tree service in the future.
