Patrick Teague has been a hand holder for a number of years, so it was easy to call him when the effects of wet caused root rot and other difficulties with my Laurels. I had problems with my garden and when shade on the other side of the house kept grass from growing. The pest control people recommended trimming two trees to keep ants from climbing up the roof. I was unable to meet in person during his initial survey of our property but Tom called me and we were able to talk over the phone while he explained the work that needed to be performed. I was very pleased with his flexibility and willingness to "meet" over the phone.
