I was given an approximate time arrival and the work was done beautifully. Had concerns about cutting back large older shrubs that had a lot of die back and how the shrubs would look afterwards. Was pleasantly surprised to see the finished work. The cleanup was perfect. No trace of cuttings after the job was completed. I am happy with the work. No complaints.

Outstanding service, beyond compare. Many thanks to Kurt Mohr, who oversaw our unusually complicated project, a massive Poplar flanked by two homes and power lines. Cranes, inclement weather, and narrow passageways were no challenges for him and the amazing crew. Neighbors watched in awe at their efficient, professional, operation. Excellent team. I spent almost a year searching for a company to cut this tree. Some arborists refused the job. Others provided quotes, but their proposed logistics concerned me. From the beginning, Bartlett clearly was the best. While they were the most expensive, they were without doubt the most professional and well worth the extra cost. Thanks again to the entire team.

Kurt Mohr had come to our home twenty three years ago when he worked for a different company. I had remembered his name for all of these years, so after we had tree damage during the recent storm I contacted him. He responded very quickly and came to inspect the trees in question soon afterward. My husband and I were impressed with him and his clear sharing of information about options. The crew arrived and did a wonderful job taking down a tall and leaning Hemlock that was threatening to fall on power lines. They were all nice, professional, and worked very well together. They took the branches to the shredder on the street and raked the debris up after doing the work. The cost was a little high for us, but it was well worth it. I am happy to recommend Bartlett to anyone who is looking to have tree work done.

Kurt Mohr was a big help in the Fall to keep the Gas company from trenching at the roots of my Siberian Elm, and looking with me at how to reduce weight on the house side of the tree. Mathew and Mario followed up on the work, flexibly adopting another strategy for the trash mulberry tree (less work) and crepe myrtle (a little more work). When I missed Kurt's site visit, Matthew succinctly told me what the decision had been and why not to trim a large branch on the elm. Totally clear and I had full confidence in the decision. Mario's high wire work was graceful, safe and secure. Awesome team. I am so glad we were able to get this work done before any more heavy storms hit. I feel secure in my home. I will follow up with you for regular maintenance. I am looking forward to a lovely Spring after the trimming and fertilizing that was done.
