Everything was great. Joe was very helpful going over the work with us, giving us an estimate and getting us into the schedule quickly. This was my first experience seeing root exposure using high pressure air. The process is terrific at removing soil around the tree's root flare. I can not think of anything that would improve how this work was done. Vic was very courteous and professional. I learned a lot. I have found first NPHC, then Bartlett, to be invaluable in keeping my two Dogwood trees alive they used appropriate lawn, bush and tree fertilizer and pesticideand fungicide which helped all plants, not just the Dogwoods. A couple of weeks ago they pruned my front yard and bush area making the landscape so much more attractive even as we head into winter. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Your work crew of Tim, Josh, and Ethan showed up on time and went over the work order with us in detail, verifying that the work order was correct to our wants. Your crew cares for my trees and shrubs as if they were their own. They are very professional, friendly, and efficient. I never worry about the quality of their job. When the technicians spray tree or shrubs close to water fountains they take time to cover the fountains to protect the fountains and the birds that use them.

Michael was patient with my comings and goings over the tree removal. He was personable both in person and on the phone. The crew did an excellent job of saving a small and misplaced tree that had sentimental value. It was directly in front of the tree that needed to be removed and they took extra time to protect it. What an extraordinary crew. My ponderosa pines look awesome. Now, I am confident that no big dead branches will fall down to hit a car or person. My maples and magnolia look fantastic. The magnolia has little clouds of leaves pruned into it, very airy and dainty. The maples are just beautiful. The limbs and branches move with the breeze, and the sunlight filters through the leaves, creating every shade of green in the crayon box. Alex did a great job for me. We reviewed the work order together and determined if I needed any changes. He pointed out a small trunk issue to watch for in the future, which I appreciated. Even the lawn around the work area is tidier than before he began. He is an arborist that is knowledgeable and wants to have the customer satisfied.
