The arborist was very good. However, the crew members that came that day were exceptional to work with. They were professional and safety oriented to protect themselves and the property. They were efficient and thorough. They were very good with communicating with me to make sure that the pruning was done as requested. We have used Bartlett on two occasions and had great results both times. Jeremy Patterson has provided great advice on how and why they will trim trees to prevent permanent damage to the trees. The crews have arrived on time, worked in a safe manner and cleaned up after their work is complete. They also cut the logs to desired lengths and stacked the logs for use as firewood.
