When I would call, the person who spoke with me was always courteous and was able to help me. Cameron was professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop. The staff, who trimmed the tree, were very good. They seemed to exercise good safety procedures from start to finish. They removed debris and left the area very clean and neat. Bartlett Tree Experts representative Jeremy Patterson came to the house on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. Jeremy explained how he would prune the branches from the roofs of my neighbor and my rooftop. He also told me of how he would prune the branches from my neighbors RV without having to move it from the driveway. Jeremy quoted me a price and explained how the process would work. I was very pleased throughout the process. Jeremy Patterson and his crew arrived on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Jeremy explained to the crew the work that he wanted them to accomplish. The crew got to work elevating the canopy, pruning off the house, and RV and improving the appearance of the house. The three man crew did a great job. They cut the live branches and made sure the branches were balanced and blended for a perfect balance. They removed all the debris and did an excellent job. Thank you Jeremy and the crew.
