It could not have been a better experience. Kyle came out originally and spoke with us. We then received an estimate for our approval which was very reasonable. Michael has always been extremely helpful and professional. As soon as I was able to notify Michael that I was ready to have these trees removed he was on it quickly. When I would stop by the house for lunch I spoke to several members of the crew, and they were extremely polite. It was nice to see the crew dressed professional and getting the work done efficiently. Everything was neatly cleaned up and looking good. I was approached by a neighbor who had seen your crew working in my yard and he told me had had contacted Bartlett about some work on his property and he asked me what I thought about your crew.
