I want to pass along how impressed and grateful we are for the great work that Jason, Ernesto, and Julian did removing our beast of a Palm tree. They were true professionals and we whole heartedly recommend you and your team to anyone. They were careful maneuvering in our tight backyard as they painstakingly removed the Palm, on a series of very hot days no less. They watched out for our garden pathways, brick beds, and plants that were too big to be protected. Jason’s knowledge in particular was much valued as he shared the heart of Palm and took the time to rescue a small Fig sapling that had taken root in the canopy of the Palm, Especially as he painstakingly backed the boom truck down our long, narrow driveway. Those are the kind of guys I want to work with! They did a great job figuring out a way to trim our back tree despite not having easy boom access and did an amazing job cleaning up. We really are so grateful for the expertise, care, and skill of your crew, and those three gentlemen in particular.

My kitty, Porter, was stuck at the top of an eighty foot Redwood tree for the past two days. The guys at Bartlett just happened to be at a neighbors and were more than willing to help attempt a rescue. One of the crew members climbed all the way to the top with a carrier backpack on and a can of wet food in hand. Unfortunately, being so on edge, Porter jumped from the top of the tree, hitting a few branches on his way down and then bolted. Scott called me afterwards to check in and give me advice on potential injuries he had seen and it was so nice to see how caring he was. Porter ended up coming home shortly after and miraculously sustained no injuries. I am so grateful to this amazing crew. I am not sure what would have happened if we waited any longer. I felt they really did care about getting him home safely. Thank you for helping bring my kitty home. If anyone needs any tree trimming, I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts.
