Estanislao and Joey from the Sonoma office arrived to cable two large Oak trees near our house. Their work was perfect with the result just as I wanted. Tani made suggestions on how to improve the cabling somewhat and several times checked with me to make sure I was happy. Their professionalism and expertise was obvious in making up the cable ends, climbing, and rigging the set, all done in a safe manner. Tani also suggested a time line for checking the cables and thinning one of trees, which I will do. Those guys are a credit to your company. I sure would not hesitate to call Bartlett for more tree work. Bud Reeves who initially consulted with me was right on time for our appointment and his professional manner was welcome after my dealings with other so-called tree experts. He made good suggestions and had my vision about how to secure these limbs. Nice job on everything.
