Rick Daniels is kind, listens, and has a wealth of knowledge regarding trees. He skillfully noticed a hole in the base of an Oak tree. The current job involved removing large White Pines between two houses. The crane was placed carefully along with the bucket lift. As always the crew was skillful and professional. I really appreciate them guiding my car out of the driveway while they were loading the logs. Kathy in the office is so pleasant and always helpful. We are very grateful for the Bartlett crew in Simsbury CT.

Crew members were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive.They offered suggestions and helped me decide the final direction for the project. They cleaned up the property properly and offered a suggestion on the health of a tree that they weren’t even working on. The same can be said about the manager who initially came out to the property and prepared the proposal. He too was very helpful and proactive with suggestions on that other tree. Overall very positive experience one area for improvement would be timeliness of communication regarding receipt of proposal and scheduling the work.
