Everyone was very efficient and polite. They got the trees down quickly and made every effort to clean the area after the trees came down. The snow and rain made clean up more difficult so we are aware that there will be spring clean up and lawn repairs necessary. Overall we are happy with the job and, with today's high winds, delighted to know that those trees will not be responsible for any property damage.

I have used Bartlett many times over the past thirty or so years and have always found them to be highly reliable and proficient. Most recently, they did some high tree pruning near my driveway, and it was an exceptional experience. When they finished, I was invited to review the work which I did and found satisfactory. After they left, however, I wished I had asked them to cut back further. Emailing this to the arborist, Rick Daniels, I asked them to come back and told him I was willing to pay extra since I had signed off on the original work. They came back with all their heavy equipment and did more pruning as I requested but with no additional charge. A remarkable instance of standing behind their work.
