Arborist Mike was very friendly and professional. He even laughed at my Floridian Interloper reference I made, about a pesky Locust tree he removed for us. They came early and took a Cherry tree that was impeding our driveway from a hurricane that blew through CT. He also honored a price from another company for a very large stump that needed removing. They did not damage the lawn while working and they left the site clean. They were priced slightly above the "middle" price range but came in below the "high" end. I would say that Bartlett is the total package and we will be asking them back for all our tree needs.
