This was our first experience having a large tree pruned and we really did not know what to expect. We were so pleased with the service, that I can not think of anything they could have done better. Our representative, Mike, was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable about the trees needing trimming and very informative about the process. He made sure his crew was prepared and well informed about the work to be done. Josh and the crew were courteous and very skilled. They were willing to discuss the job and really understood the result we wanted. They took their time pruning to get it just right, meticulously cleaned the area, put everything back that was moved. An outstanding job. I can not be more pleased with Bartlett Tree Service. I was very impressed with Bartlett. From the beginning when I requested a representative give me a quote, to the crew that arrived and did the work. I was stunned when three trucks pulled up and all employees worked together and efficiently, the large tree was removed and cleaned up in no time. Rick Daniel, our arborist representative, gave us a fair estimate on our tree pruning and Ash tree removal project. The project began in a timely manner and took one day to complete. Partial debris removal was done that day while there was still snow was on the ground, and then final debris removal completed several weeks later after the snow had melted. We were very pleased with their work. The crew were very polite and professional. We have used Bartlett Tree Experts in the past and would highly recommend them to our friends and family. We will definitely be using your services again in the future.
