The staff is always courteous. My trees are very special since most are over twenty years old. They are respectful of the trees and I sense they understand my passion for them. Derek always responds quickly to any of my questions. This past year we had to replace our sewer line and were worried about the vast fifty foot trees that might be affected. Based on his recommendations, we convinced the town to hand dig under the roots, and so far this summer, despite no rain, the trees are doing well.
