Everything was wonderful. Matt, our arborist representative, has been impressing us for the past two years. He is truly an asset to Bartlett. He is always so nice and respectful, and explains everything very detailed so that the customer can understand the best plan of action for their trees. Before meeting Matt, we had no idea about tree disease treatments and fertilizers that were specific for the trees. After using Bartlett for a year or two, our trees' health has greatly improved. It is easy to see in the spring and summer that our trees are healthy and happy. Matt is absolutely wonderful. Thanks very much for everything so far.

We are beyond thrilled with our services from Bartlett and Matt Copeland. We have had issues with insects for years and last year we thought our Crepe Myrtle trees were beyond help despite the landscaper repeatedly trying to stop the aphid attack. They were completely black. It was heartbreaking as the trees are decades old, beautiful and a huge part of our landscape. They are now in full bloom and we are so relieved and happy.
