David Mendell is my arborist representative. He visits each fall and spring to exam the trees to determine whether there is any need to be trimmed or cut down. He is very helpful, and is always available if I have questions or concerns such as the potential of a tree falling on my house. Without exception, the crew who worked on my trees were exceptionally skilled with a great attitude. It was fascinating to watch them. They checked with me to make sure I was satisfied, and cleaned up the area before they left. All in all, my experience with Bartlett Tree has been most satisfactory.

Your crew is very professional and courteous. I enjoyed watching them do their work. A year or so ago your crew took down a pesky invasive Sassafras tree that had grown and intertwined with a nice Holly tree, not only did your crew untangle the mess, without touching the Holly, they also had to drop the large Sassafras tree in sections, suspended by ropes so as not to have anything fall on two historic gravestones in our Quaker Meeting graveyard. Very impressive to watch them work, I must say.
