Dawn was great from beginning to end. She moved up our scheduled date to accommodate other contractors coming onto the property and provided an accurate quote. She stopped by multiple times to verify the planned work and answered our questions about other trees without any up sell pressure. The large trees removed were adjacent to a new glass and metal greenhouse in a tight location with soft soil. Two inches of rain fell the day before and Bartlett still pulled off the work perfectly.
