All very much appreciated by the entire neighborhood. Word travels quickly.
Actually, our neighborhood is impressed. The Aldrich's already use your services based on our previous recommendation. I feel confident based on the quality of the work done others will be calling when they have tree needs.
It is a pleasure to work with Sterling and his team. Very professional. Always return emails and calls.
We are impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of your experts. I am happy that I can discuss very specific questions with your knowledgeable staff. We have lots of discussions about topiary, "dwarf" trees, pruning for fruit trees and more besides the continued upkeep of our enormous Douglas Firs.
Sterling Malcolmson is a rock star. Unfortunately, I do not remember the first names of the two men who came to do the work. However, they were absolutely fabulous. I will definitely recommend Bartlett to my friends. I am so impressed with your customer service methods. Your ogranization certainly knows how to run a business.
We would used Seattle Tree Preservaion in the past before it was acquired by Bartlett. We were a bit nervous that a big national chain would dilute the quality of the long-time locally owned company. But they are who we called when we had an emergency. Our neighbor's large Cedar snapped one of its four co-dominate trunks in the big wind storm in January. Fortunately it was cabled, but the forty foot long broken trunk was suspended horizontally about thirty feet in the air by the cable. The very large base of the broken trunk was suspended over our house and within striking distance of our gas line should the cable snap. Gusty winds were expected in the next thirty-six hours. We got hold of Seattle Tree's ISA Certified Arborist Representative and he showed up at the house. Even though the region's arborists were swamped after the big wind storm he was able to bring in a crew from another job to address the immediate threat to our house. Eric and John were the arborists along with Austin and Ryan who helped. Eric was the climber and worked very hard and skillfully reinforcing the broken piece with several ropes, then methodically removing the trunk piece by piece with no collateral damage. The crew on the ground was very professional. John organized from the ground and spent time going over the fracture site to figure out why it broke, where it did, and to rule out more extensive rot that would require the rest of the tree to come down. The whole operation went smoothly. We slept a lot better that night.
Went great from start to finish. Communication was great. Staff doing the tree work was very conscientious, courteous, skilled, and knew what they were doing. One of the trees was a very large Douglas Fir over the house, and I had great confidence in what they were doing. Price was reasonable. Will definitely use again. Plan to make them my go-to tree company from now on.
Bartlett Tree Experts accomplished the tree removal work I contracted in a safe, professional manner. The job consisted of removing four 20-foot ornamental hawthorn trees adjacent to a driveway and grinding the stumps; and a technically challenging drop of a 100+ foot tall rotten/dying maple located on a steep slope within 20 feet of my house. From initial contact with the local office, through job inspection and proposal, to executing the removals and cleanup, all the Bartlett staff were communicative, prompt, and professional. The price was fair, the work was completed safely and effectively, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I won't hesitate to use Bartlett Tree Experts again when I need tree service.
