We really appreciate the fact that Clark Manning worked us into his busy schedule to come out and evaluate our emergency hanging Honey Locust tree, and then found an opening for the crew to come out earlier than expected to remove the dangerous hanging branches. And then the crew, Jay and Austen, were absolutely fabulous in the care to disassemble and remove the branches without damaging our elaborate perennial garden directly below the tree. This is our second time using Bartlett and we could not be happier.

We were not going to have our trees trimmed this year, but Mother Nature had her own plans. The big snow storm in February caused a lot of broken limps on several of our trees that needed to be removed. Jordan Harris from Bartlett came to give an estimate. Jordan was very thorough in evaluating our situation and provided us with a written proposal that same afternoon. Given the size of the work to be done, we thought it was a fair estimate. The work was scheduled for two days. The crews did a professional job on all of our trees, especially while removing three very large Oak limbs from over our roof. From start to finish their attitude was fantastic, and they were careful not to damage the perennials that are just now starting to poke above ground. The clean-up afterwards was better than we expected. A big shout-out to Denny, Caleb, Gavin and Ryan for all of your hard work. We will definitely be calling Bartlett for additional work in the future.

Came out and surveyed/inspected several trees in need of trimming in our yard. Provided a detailed estimate for each tree. Ended up doing some heavy duty pruning on two very tall Douglas Firs on the property per our specifications. Cleanup and removal of debris. Excellent at every level. From making the appointment for an estimate, to having an expert walk the property talk to me about what I wanted, to scheduling the work, and rescheduling due to weather, to having the work done - I was happy at every point. Bartlett Tree Experts is very professional. I had met with other tree service providers prior to meeting with Bartlett, and each time, I felt like I was dealing with a salesperson  not a tree expert who could best advise me on what to do with various issues we were having. The estimate Bartlett provided us with was very detailed and segmented out so that we could decide which services we were going to go with and which we might want to omit and complete at a different time. We scheduled work to be done on 2 of our 100+ foot Douglas firs and they did exactly as we discussed. They also checked in with me at several points for feedback, making sure not to cut too much. These guys are concerned about the health of the trees and aesthetics. They know what they're doing. Arrived on time, and left our yard in better shape than when they'd arrived. I will most certainly use them again.

I have had several tree service companies over the years and this was, no question, the best ever. They topped and trimmed several trees, removed one completely, and pruned others. Everything was done to my satisfaction with the end results better than I expected. Several times during actual work the foreman would check with me to see if things were shaping up the way I wanted and if I wanted anything more. They cleaned up afterwards better than my regular yard service team! Jake, who did the estimate, was there at the start to ensure the crew and foreman knew exactly what was to be done. Everyone was courteous, pleasant, professional, and hardworking. The cost was competitive with other bids and very reasonable considering the work done. Couldn't be more pleased.
