I want to take this opportunity to comment on the superb service from your company. In the fierce storm in January a large tree at the bottom of my driveway blew down. It completely blocked about ten yards of my driveway. I discovered the situation about 8:30 pm. I promptly called the Bartlett's emergency number. I received a return call from our representative Asher Gotzmer within about 30 minutes. Asher told me that he would be at the house before 8:00 am the next day to evaluate the situation and a crew would follow to remove the fallen tree. All happened exactly as Asher said it would. The crew left the property in excellent condition such that no one could even tell what had happened. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, and it was even more remarkable because I am sure there were many, many demands on your services as a result of the heavy storm.
