Our representative, Asher Gotzmer, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He is very customer service focused, and always making sure to check dates and times of planned treatments. When he has been out to assess our trees, he has be thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain what is going on with our trees, what different treatment options are, and the pros and cons of each of them. The staff who then come to perform the work have been nothing but professional and friendly. Even during these COVID times, they have taken the time to wave and smile. It is clear that everyone at Bartlett cares as much about their customers as they do about the trees.
