Everybody I worked with was incredible. My crew of Austin and Justin were awesome. They knew their stuff, understood my requests, and knew what was best for every tree. They really went above and beyond and transformed my garden. I could not believe how clean everything was when they left. When I was getting a quote from Will, I gave my wish list of work, but he always pushed back with what was best for the tree. I really appreciated that. Other companies were willing to just cut anything, but he was really mindful of the trees themselves and that drew me to going with Bartlett. When the work was completed, and I got to keep the mulch, I was very satisfied with the work completed. Austin and Justin were especially great to work with and I will definitely consider using Bartlett again in the future.

They did everything right, including taking down a diseased tree. Joe Harris is great to work with. Knowledgeable, helpful, detailed, and keeps his commitments when scheduling tree service. He is proactive in helping me, for example, when I discovered a borer problem in one of my Red Oaks, he came out quickly and examined the tree, suggested options, and sent the necessary contract paperwork within two days to schedule a treatment. I appreciate his attention to my concerns regarding my trees. The administrative assistant, Shea has been friendly and helpful when I have stopped by the office, or discussed scheduling options with me on the phone, and she responds via email or phone. She is usually able to quickly schedule a service or a site visit by a service representative based on their availability.

Honestly, I do not think it could have been better. The guys did a great job. They were on time and spent time making sure the trees were pruned to their best advantage. They cleaned everything up and even swept off the roof. I am very pleased. The administrator that communicated about schedule was very responsive and the arborist and crew were the best. Great Job. John always does a wonderful and conscientious job delivering the Oak fertilizer as well as the de-ball treatment to the limbs. Several of our trees that receive this service are difficult to get to due to distance, terrain, and other vegetation, but John always is very careful and thorough to complete the job. The work crew really did some good work and paid attention to how they treated my property. One of the crew members commented that he had been here before. The crew that trimmed my trees last week were professional, courteous, hard working, and efficient. The arborist has worked with my trees before and he is great to work with. The crew arrived on time, started immediately, and did not stop until the work was completed. When the trimming was done, the yard was clean, no loose branches or mulch laying around and the trees looked great. A great experience working with this crew. The whole process started with the arborist coming to the yard a week early to discuss what I wanted done. This was helpful to me because it gives me time to discuss the concerns of current and future issues. The arborist was very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. Definitely an expert in his field. Within one day of the visit, the office administrator emailed and set up an appointment, which was convenient to my time, she was helpful in scheduling and always responded within one day. I appreciate her good communication skills. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you all, Arborist, crew, and administrative staff for caring about my yard as much as I do.

The day I met Nolan Mathis I knew we would want to use his company for our tree removal. He impressed my wife and myself with his obvious experience and training plus an engaging personality. A day or two later he presented us with his written plan outlining every detail involved in completing the work to our guaranteed satisfaction. Our decision to use his company was easy. His price quote was reasonable so they were able to schedule the work about a week later. Their crew arrived early that morning and completely finished every responsibility they had agreed to accomplish. The three crew members who completed the job really gave us the impression they actually enjoyed their work. They were clean and eager to respond to our questions and concerns. We would certainly grade all three of them as keepers. They are an asset to your company. They used many tools and heavy equipment that was obviously well cared for. We were also quite impressed with the over all cleanliness of our property when they completed the job.
