I greatly appreciate Nolan Mathis for working the schedule to be able to come and remove a large broken Pecan tree limb that was dangerously close to my house on such short notice. The two men who came to do the job, Jason and Andre, were outstanding in that they were on time, worked very safely and removed the big limb without any damage to my house and property. They were very courteous and cleaned up the area perfectly before leaving the job site. I have been using Bartlett for over twelve years now to do all of my feeding, pruning, and tree removal work which includes ten years in Austin and two years now in Bastrop, Texas. I greatly appreciate the level of professionalism of Robert Hager and his crew. It's been difficult having to lose so many trees to the Bastrop Complex Fire, but I would not trust anyone else to do the job of removing the dead trees from my property. I've seen other companies leave surrounding properties a mess, literally unrecognizable, following their tree removal practices, having little regard for surrounding vegetation. I know it is difficult to manage such an overwhelming task with so many large pines having to be felled, but Robert and his crew have done a great job listening to my concerns, and I appreciate it.
