When the Bartlett crew arrived to do the work, I was a bit disappointed that Filipe was not among them. However, the lead crew member was just as friendly, energetic, and personable providing great customer service, safety, professionalism, and peace of mind. I would welcome any of them back again. Crewmembers were approachable and willing to talk about the project. The job was done in about two hours from the time they arrived, and they left the backyard where the job was neatly raked and cleared of all cuttings.
