Great communication by Aaron. He coached up the crew, Jeremy and Javier, and they went at it. I had a few minor suggestions with regard to trimming the tree for privacy and they followed exactly. Aaron came within a day or two of our call, to see our yard and provide a proposal. He was very knowledgable about the variety of trees and shrubs in our yard. We were able to schedule the work for ten days later. We had six trees pruned, including a large mature Cherry and a Privet. Wes was the crew leader, very nice to work with, and Aaron stopped by to review and expedite the work with additional crew. The whole project took less than four hours, the trees look beautiful, our yard was left in perfect, clean condition, no debris went into our neighbors yards, and we get twice the light now into our yard, as well as having healthier trees.

I do not think there was anything else they could have added to the experience. They shaped the trees as requested and left the area super clean after five hours of effort. Both Filipe and Nick were on-time for their appointments, which is a rarity these days and much appreciated. Filipe did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done with our Cypress and was very proactive in keeping in touch with us once the test results on the samples he collected were returned. He also proactively set up a time for our trees to be treated based upon our available schedule. We had one tree removed from storm damage and the crew took it down successfully, cleaned up, and removed all debris. They will be back in September to do some more work on our property.

I called Bartlett Tree Service when we had a bad storm and a River Birch we had planted the previous year was pulled partially out of the ground. My husband wanted to take it down but I really wanted to save it. Bartlett came out and said the tree could be saved with the proper treatment. They had Bobby, a Plant Health Technician, come out within a week or two and he treated the tree. By the time Spring came, the tree was thriving again despite part of the roots being exposed and losing one of the main branch tops. I was so grateful that the tree was saved and you would never know it was damaged. In addition, Bobby treated our Camelia's for T-scale and they have improved tremendously. The company is very good at reminding you when your next treatments are due. They also came out just to see how well the trees were doing. They have wonderful customer service and everyone is very professional, courteous, friendly and on time. I would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts.

Everything went off without a hitch. David Hill worked with us to find a date and was very patient during several reschedulings that we required. The team of Jo, Michael, and Alex was great! They made every effort to meet our individual needs such as-- protection of existing decorative plants, removing specific tree limbs and bringing back limbs from the neighbors, and letting us keep small branches/needles for compost. They were really positive, pleasant people and great at customer service. We look forward to working with Bartlett next year. We always give Bartlett a very positive review. Juan Carrasco has been taking care of our trees for 12 years and his crew has always done an exceptional job maintaining the three very large trees on our San Francisco property.
