I was so impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the staff at Bartlett. They did an excellent job in quick order. My house looks so much better with the trees looking tiderier and the removal of the old overgrown shrubs. They cleaned up every little piece of tree bark and leaves, they even went out on my street in front of my house and swept the road. I could not tell they had been there, except for the excellent tree work they did.

Adam Braaten has been a wonderful consultant over the years. He always patiently explains in a clear and concise manner issues with my landscape as well as providing advice on solutions. Most recently, I sent pictures of a magnolia bush problem on my property in Gore, Virginia which Adam quickly recognized as scale insect infestation. He also sent me the phone number of Bartlett which services the Winchester area. I contacted them, their arborist came out that same morning, and treatment has been arranged, all as a result of Adam's diagnosis and timely response. Adam has been invaluable to me as I am originally from Nebraska and am unfamiliar with many Virginia flora and associated issues. Bartlett crew members who do the spraying and tree work are always great. They efficiently do the contracted jobs and clean up thoroughly afterward. The administrative staff is very pleasant as well.
