Each person from the initial phone call, to the assessment, yard treatment, and branch removal has been professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. They work hard but are also caring. I called Bartlett at about 4:30PM on Wed. June 22, which was within minutes of the limb crashing down. I needed to leave a message as the team was busy on calls which was understandable given the level of damage this storm brought. By 7:30 the next morning, I had heard from Bartlett that Mitchell would be out later that day. I responded with a request and a photo, showing the down limb across our drive and requesting the portion of the limb across the drive be triaged as our tenant had doctor appointments. the message was sent to Mitch who responded to let us know he would come by to see what could be done. Mitch kept in touch with us in regards to ETA and when he showed he talked us through health of the tree and options for care after limb clean up. The team came on Saturday and did an excellent job. Mitchell has been a joy to work with and is an excellent rep.
