He made insightful observations and recommendations. His comprehensive proposal addressed the needs of each individual tree, to the point where the cutting team could execute his instructions. The crew members that came out to cut and trim the tress were equally professional. They were polite, their work was methodical, and their focus on safety was always apparent. Our arborist found diseased trees of which we were previously unaware, and made excellent observations and recommendations.
