All of the people I interacted with were very courteous. Ethan Crockett, the arborist, was very knowledgeable and had great ideas for solving my issues. He was also very responsive to my phone calls and emails. I felt very confident that he and his crew would do a good job and they did. The crew members that worked on the trees were also very knowledgeable and polite. They did an excellent job trimming the trees and cleaning up.

Since I have more that needs to be done than I can afford, Ethan Crockett worked with me to establish a priority of the work that is essential. It was obvious that Joe and Martin have worked together for some time. There was not much conversation between them, but they seemed to anticipate what was needed to be done, and worked as a team to accomplish it. Before they left, everything was cleaned up. They made sure that I felt the job was completed to my satisfaction.
