Charlie was courteous, prompt, friendly, and shared his knowledge of the trees in my yard which could benefit from some pruning while others we thought may need a bit he recommended waiting on. I appreciated that.Our crew was courteous and cleaned up every bit of waste. They were efficient and completed the pruning agreed upon. This was an overall great experience. We felt we were informed on what was to be done and treated respectfully when the pruning was performed. The amount charged was also very reasonable, and actually lower than we expected.

Not only did the Arborist give detailed instructions and answer questions on the services I needed and why, he walked me through my property, explaining what sort of trees and shrubs I had, giving me tips on how to maintain them myself between visits. I just wanted to take the time to tell you what a great experience we've had with Bartlett. Not only was Robert extremely knowledgeable and helpful when giving us recommendations and estimating the work, but the crew that came to perform the work was top-notch. Everett, Taylor (and didn't catch the third guy's name) really did an extraordinary job. We couldn't be more pleased with the way the trees look. They were also friendly, courteous, and did a great job cleaning up. We've had other crews coming through the neighborhood "door-knocking" for work, which I didn't feel comfortable using. Based on what they were recommending versus what Robert recommended, and noting the caliber of the work performed on some neighbor's trees versus ours, I'm certain we made the right decision.

We'll certainly be using Bartlett for any future tree-related needs, and recommending them to anyone we talk to on the subject.

I'm very pleased with the work and Steve and Teekie were very professional. Steve answered a few questions I had regarding whether I needed to remove any suckers that might come up at the stumps and whether the crowns would fill in over time. They both did a good job of cleaning up the work site. This is my second experience with tree work with this company and I have been happy to recommend Bartlett Tree to several neighbors - all of whom saw these birch trees immediately after the storm and once the work had been completed. Everyone has commented on how good the trees look in spite of having taken quite a beating in the storm. Thanks for another good experience!
