I highly recommend this business. James came out quickly and gave us expert advice about our fruit trees. One of our Pear trees was clearly diseased and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He explained things slowly and effectively and was super responsive to all questions. We have about twelve fruit trees in our backyard and he walked around and examined each one, giving advice and support. We can not wait to use his service again and will be scheduling yearly appointments for his team to help us with pest control. If you have trees that need help, do not wait, this is a great business.

I am writing to thank you and your team for the terrific March 2022 pruning of the Pears and cleaning out the dead wood on the Cherry at the south side and pittosporum on the east side. The trees look happier already and I appreciate that you take such good care of these thirty + year-old trees. I also want to give a shout-out to the terrific female tech who has been treating the fire-blight this year. This was her third time here and in each case she does a wonderful job in applying the product and employs the safety precautions not only for herself but the surroundings, too, and is very tidy. Out of curiosity I looked it up in my records and discovered that Bartlett has been taking care of my Modesto Ash tree since 1997. There is a wonderful consistency with the excellent service I have received through the years. Nicki is always pleasant with answering the phone and taking my payment. Wesley is always prompt when coming to look at the tree, discussing with me what needs to be done and giving me an estimate. I can only commend Bartlett for having such an outstanding crew leader as Ryan Lee. He has been the lead with pruning my tree for the last several years and is always courteous not only to me, but to the other members of the crew. He has a wonderful eye for exactly what needs to be pruned to maintain the tree's beauty and integrity. It always amazes me how the crew can do the pruning without damaging any of the plants under the tree and my yard is always spotless when the job is finished. I look forward to working with everyone again next year.
