I have two Honey Locusts in my front yard. Have not been trimmed in about ten years. Got three estimates from reputable insured tree services, two of which I have done business with in the past. The best estimate came from Bartlett. Wesley and his crew did a great job. They have a large bucket truck that allowed the men to access the top of the tree and remove branches without dropping them on the roof or bushes. They checked with us as the job progressed to make sure they were getting it right. Two thumbs up gentlemen. Great job.

It started with my call being answered by Nicky who I found delightful. I found Wesley to be extremely informative and able to answer all my questions and concerns . The team that was sent to remove my tree were incredible. The precision in which they took down the tree was truly impressive. I found Ryan, Aldo, and Jesus to be very polite and well mannered, they did a fantastic job in cleaning up my yard as well as the front yard . Ryan even went to my neighbors yard and cleaned it as well. I could not be more pleased. They did a great job and worked very well together as I watched most of it in person. They did not waste any time and seemed constantly busy. I would not hesitate to call Bartlett again when I need more work done and or advice in maintaining my existing trees . I am very pleased and grateful.

Although I had other comparable estimates, I choose Bartlett because of Wesley Des Roches, the arborist representative. He came when scheduled, was personable and informative. He took the time to explain what the crew would be doing and why and then was at my home early on the scheduled day to talk with them. The crew also worked hard, cleaned up beautifully, and finished in a timely manner. The trees were trimmed professionally and I feel safer with the thinning of he branches and with less weight on them.

Bartlett returned today to finish removing my Modesto Ash. Alberto and Jaime were awesome. They spent several minutes analyzing the tree on their approach to decapitate it and then went straight to work dropping the Ash. They cleaned up as if they were not even here. They even placed large rubber mates on my lawn and planned each and every branch drop to land on the mates, thus not damaging my lawn. They hit the mates every time, not bad I say with limbs that weighed hundreds of pounds. Need tree service, look no further, Bartlett are the ones.

Winds in Concord this past Sunday took a toll on my Modesto Ash. The main trunk and four of the large main branches were split and cracked hanging over my house. Every tree service was busy but Bartlett responded fast and I had a representative, Wesley, at my door by eleven. The tree could not be saved and they scheduled to return Monday morning at eight. They were here early and getting started. Although they have to return to finish the main trunk, they resolved the safety and hazard of the tree so at least it is safe to walk around it. They cleaned up as if they were not even here. They did a great job on the control dropping of the major limbs, I watched and was amazed. My business is going out to them from now on. They have the right equipment, they are fast, friendly, and very professional. That is what customers really want these days. Hats off to Wesley and the crew.
