Nick is the best. The guy who did my Japanese Maple and Hornbeam pruning was nice, knowledgeable, and had great results. It is just the second canker application on July 2 that I am not happy with. I wish they knew to contact me before hand so I could have moved the ground cover.

I am always impressed by the efficiency of the crew. They come prepared with the appropriate tools and safety gear to effectively complete the job. I also appreciated that all of the pruning was completed with hand tools and that I was not subjected to the use of loud chain saws to complete this work. I think my neighbors appreciated that, too.

Nick Duffy was our representative. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that he thought needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He sent the estimate the very same day as he came to our home. The crew members were also very good at their jobs. They worked efficiently and cleaned all debris. When they were finished one of the crew walked the yard with me to make sure all work was done. Bartlett is one of the best companies I have worked with since coming to NC. It was a great experience.
